This fee covers packaging materials such as envelopes and sleeves or toploaders with cardboard for trading cards, and boxes with bubble wrap for games and other items.
Returns and Refund Policy
＜Returns and Exchanges Requested by Customers＞
Once a purchase has been made, it may be canceled at any time before the item is shipped.
After the item has been shipped, a refund may be requested within 15 days from the date the item is received only in cases of an error on our part. This includes situations where the customer receives an item different from the one ordered, or when an item specifically described as “Tested” or “Working” is received and confirmed to be non-functional upon arrival. In such cases, the customer will be asked to return the item, and the full return shipping cost will be covered by us.
However, products marked as “Sealed,” as well as any items sold unopened, cannot be returned under any circumstances in order to prevent possible substitution, tampering, or manipulation after delivery.
