Terminal World Booster Box Japanese

Terminal World is a concept booster set released for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game (OCG). The set launched in Japan on November 25, 2023 and focuses on archetypes from the Duel Terminal storyline. This storyline originally appeared in the Duel Terminal arcade machines introduced in 2008 and later became an important part of Yu-Gi-Oh! lore.

The Terminal World set contains 145 different cards plus 1 additional card. Most cards appear as Normal cards, but many of them also exist in higher rarities. Some cards can appear as Super Rare, Ultra Rare, Secret Rare, or special parallel versions. In addition, twelve cards are available as Quarter Century Secret Rare cards to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game.

Each booster pack includes five cards, while booster boxes contain fifteen packs. The set guarantees at least one Super Rare or higher card in every pack, which increases the chances of obtaining collectible or high-rarity cards.

Terminal World focuses on four major archetypes connected to the Duel Terminal universe. These themes include Ice Barrier, Infernoid, Genex, and Ritual Beast. The set provides new cards that strengthen these archetypes while also reprinting many older cards. Because of this combination, players can more easily build or upgrade decks based on these themes.

The product also includes a special anniversary reprint connected to the Exodia series. As part of the 25th anniversary celebration, the card “Left Arm of the Forbidden One” appears in the set as a special collectible reprint.

Terminal World serves as both a support set for classic Duel Terminal archetypes and a collectible release tied to the history of the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game.
